1. Fists on hips (Tsuki - Yoi)
2. Step out with right food and execute right lunge punch (kiai)
3. Step out with left foot and execute left lunge punch (kiai)
4. Step back with left foot and execute right lunge punch (kiai)
5. Step back with right foot and execute left lunge punch (kiai)
6. Execute 90 degree turn to the right with right middle forearm block
7. Reverse punch with left hand, then lunge punch with right hand, no foot movement
8. Execute 180 degree turn to the left with left inside middle foreman block
9. Reverse punch with right hand, then lunge punch with left hand, no foot movement
10. Turn 90 degrees to right, bring the right knee high above the waist in a side kick position with the right foot at least as high as the left knee, execute a right hand down block
11. Execute a right snap kick to the right side and return to position with fists on hips (Tsuki - Yoi)
12. Bring the left knee high above the waist in a side kick position with the left foot at least as high as the right knee, execute a left hand down block
13. Execute left side snap kick to the left side and return to position with fists on hips (Tsuki - Yoi), immediately execute a right middle punch(kiai)
14. Execute three middle punches (left, right, left), (kiai on last punch)
